Wise Up to Water Treatment campaign benefits installers

A campaign to raise awareness about the benefits of water treatment to installers across the UK is running throughout Plumb Center and Parts Center branches this October.

Wise Up to Water Treatment aims to highlight those products that can help in the maintenance and protection of central heating systems, explaining how water treatment can benefit both installers and their customers.

The merchant wants installers to recognise that every time they install a boiler, radiator, pump or valve there is an additional opportunity to enhance their reputation and revenue through the use of water treatment products. Installers will also be able to take advantage of a range of special offers in store.

Wise up to Water Treatment was set up last year to bring leading manufacturers of water treatment applications together to support installers.

Several manufacturers, including Fernox, Sentinel and Adey, have signed up to the campaign and technical experts will visit stores to talk with installers about the benefits of water treatment in the home, including improved energy efficiency, better performing central heating systems and reduced carbon emissions.
