Trade Plumbing has unveiled new corporate branding and major improvements to its homepage which will remain ongoing for 2013.

The appointment of a new marketing manager for the Essex-based business has meant many interesting new developments. One of the first tasks she has actioned has been to address the business' current branding and marketing strategy.

The new logo is designed to have more of an impact and will help to clear up any ambiguity on Trade Plumbing's relevance to both trade and public customers.

There are also some changes to the website, including a redesign of the homepage and improvements to the ease of site navigation. New additions include a blog, news and information pages featuring informative articles relating to maintaining the home, an email club, and ongoing work on its Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The website has already undergone some useful changes including improvements to product descriptions and easier navigation between relating products.

Managing director Peter Clayton said: "We are very excited about the changes to the branding and website, which now send a clearer message to customers about our business and its purpose. The improvements to our website will make finding products and information easier and quicker and make the shopping experience with us more pleasant overall. Without doubt this will ensure that our business continues to grow and prosper in the coming months and years ahead."
