Renewable heating and energy solutions company Innasol has launched Innasol Academy, an education and training initiative.

The training courses Innasol conducts for its partners have played a major role in the company’s growth. More than 1,000 delegates are due to complete courses at the company’s high-technology training centre in Essex this year.

Focused on Innasol’s two core product ranges – biomass boilers and air-source heat pumps – the intensive one-day sessions will cover technical sales and product knowledge, installation, service and maintenance, commissioning and control and advanced bespoke training. More general modules relevant to the renewables industry, such as management and sales, will be added. Courses are flexible and designed to equip delegates with CPD points.

Helped by national transport links to its Wickham Bishops HQ in Essex, Innasol expects more than 2,000 trainees to pass through Academy doors in 2014.

“The great thing is, we love it – and so do our partners,” said Innasol chief executive Silvio Spiess. “We offer the best technology available but the Academy is really about people – helping our partners succeed and ensuring end users are happy with our terrific products.”
