B&ES Yorkshire celebrates its best young talent

This year's Yorkshire Training Awards celebrated the skills of eight employees from seven companies, all of which are active in Yorkshire.

The awards were presented by B&ES president Bruce Bisset, during the annual ball organised by the Building & Engineering Services Association’s (B&ES) Yorkshire region, at the Cedar Court Hotel in Bradford. They represent a joint initiative involving B&ES and its managing agency subsidiary Building Engineering Services Training (BEST), and were sponsored by manufacturer Pegler Yorkshire.

The winners were:

Mr Bisset took the opportunity to congratulate B&ES members in Yorkshire for their “unwavering commitment to education and training, in spite of the tough times we have all had to cope with in recent years”, and for having carried on training “for the better times that are just beginning to appear on the horizon”.
