Swale Heating has teamed up with the Automobile Association (AA) to provide their insured customers with a 24-hour emergency service for central heating and boilers across the South East and East Anglia.

Swale Heating provides a team of fully-qualified gas engineers to support the AA’s own engineers and respond to call-outs from AA customers. The company’s engineers can also provide any spares needed to fix central heating systems.

Swale Heating commercial director, Graeme Fotheringham said: “We’re very proud to be working with the UK’s leading breakdown service.

“Homeowners and residents know they will be getting an AA-recommended, reliable local gas technician who has a good working knowledge of their type of boiler and hot water system. All it takes is one call to the AA to receive prompt, trustworthy and efficient help.”

As well as emergency calls, Swale Heating can provide standard servicing for AA customers. Both services are available to customers who are covered by the AA’s Home Membership policies.

Duncan MacRae, the AA’s national operations manager, commented: “Swale Heating has many years’ experience of installing and maintaining a wide range of heating equipment and systems, and a proven track record for excellence and expertise. All of the company’s engineers are Gas Safe Registered and highly trained, so we can be confident that our customers always receive the best possible service.”
