HomeServe acquires Home Energy Services

HomeServe Membership has acquired Home Energy Services, creating a 600-strong network of employed plumbing, drainage and heating engineers

HomeServe Membership is a UK home assistance company, while Home Energy Services, based in Nottingham, is a major gas service and repair business that was formerly part of E.ON.

The combined business will have over 600 directly-employed specialist engineers, supported by a panel of third-party service providers and a growing gas franchising business. The company will cover the full range of heating, plumbing, drainage and electrics services, serving over 2 million Customers across the UK. The Home Energy Services hub in Nottingham will work with HomeServe centres in Walsall, Preston and Banbury to become a critical part of HomeServe's service deployment network.
