New Grant UK website and TechBox App brings mobile support to installers and householders

Grant UK, the leading heating specialist, has launched a new mobile friendly website and technical App for all trade professionals who want to plumb the company’s resources with the swipe of a smartphone.

Recognising the importance of being able to access info and support on the go, Grant UK has relaunched its website to make it more accessible and mobile friendly. It now includes more comprehensive product information (including downloadable ErP scales and Fiches), a simple to navigate two-zone format for ‘Householders’ and ‘Trade’ and a dedicated G-One information area with a direct link to the Installer Portal. It also features upgraded Installer and Merchant search tools, which have a full postcode facility and technology filters, plus an restructured Spare parts database.

In addition to the new site, an innovative Grant TechBox App is now freely available on both Android and iPhone via the App Store. Once downloaded, customers will be able to access Grant technical user and installation manuals in PDF format anywhere, anytime, without the need for an internet connection. The App has a comprehensive library of both current and historic manuals from oil to renewables and even includes PDFs for the triple pass and old swimming pool boiler.
