Win a TF1 Omega Filter!

Published:  13 October, 2016

Fernox is offering 10 readers the chance to get their hands on the company’s first brass, nickel-plated filter for domestic heating systems – the TF1 Omega Filter. Small, smart and simple to install and maintain, the filter is a new addition to the already award-winning TF1 range and combines two methods of filtration to collect system contaminants. Winners will also receive the ground-breaking Filter Fluid+ Protector Express within the prize bundle.

Designed to the highest specification and precision-engineered for reliability and durability, the Fernox TF1 Omega Filter combines the strength of a powerful, bespoke Neodymium magnet and Hydronic Particle Separation (HPS) technology. This design optimises flow trajectories and causes particles to settle at the bottom of the filter. As a result, the device is capable of capturing more magnetic and non-magnetic system debris – to help protect the boiler and promote system efficiency.

High quality and precision engineered, the Fernox TF1 Omega Filter is suitable for both new and existing systems and can be fitted onto 22mm or 28mm pipework with the option to also fit horizontally or vertically in both flow directions. The device can even be positioned at a 45° angle, making it easy to install – even in confined or awkward spaces. There is also the option of installing the product with quality valves or slip socket connection depending upon installer preference

Due to its design, cleaning a Fernox TF1 Omega Filter is a fast and mess-free process and can be done in situ, saving time on-site. Furthermore, the filter offers an easy dosing point for chemical water treatments – taking less than 30 seconds using the Fernox Express range.

“We’re excited to introduce to HVP readers the first domestic brass filter from Fernox,” said Francine Wickham, global marketing director at Fernox. “Our dedicated research and development teams have worked tirelessly to deliver this latest addition to the TF1 range. We are delighted to offer the 10 winning entrants the chance to see for themselves just how revolutionary the TF1 Omega Filter really is.”

The 10 lucky winners will also receive a Fernox Filter Fluid+ Protector Express. This solution combines the proven performance of Fernox Protector F1 with an active dispersant. The product should be left permanently in the system to detect, lift and deliver system debris to the filter for ultimate boiler protection and system efficiency.
