Drayton launched its annual ’12 Days of Christmas’ campaign at the end of 2016 with the aim to raise money for its chosen charity, Centrepoint. The controls manufacturer was delighted to be able to hand over a cheque for the grand total of £1,000.

Centrepoint supports more than 9,000 homeless young people a year and provides them not only with a safe and warm place to sleep, but also help and support while they move on with their lives.

Drayton raised the money by encouraging its followers on social media to retweet its posts for the 12 Days of Christmas, and for each retweet the company pledged to donate £0.50 to Centrepoint.

Catherine Connolly, managing director of Drayton, said: “We’d like to say thank you to everyone who got involved with our 12 Days of Drayton campaign. We’re delighted to be able to hand over this amount of money to a very worthy charity and hope that it helps some of the most vulnerable people on the streets this Winter.”
