Spirotech, the system protection and water conditioning and analysis company, will exhibit its range of water treatment solutions at this year’s PHEX Chelsea.

Visitors to Stand 19 will be able to watch live demonstrations showing the inner workings of the innovative SpiroVent RV2, the brand’s market-leading deaeration unit for the domestic market. Also on stand will be the SpiroCross, a three-in-one system that simultaneously manages deaeration, dirt separation and hydraulic balancing all from one unit.

Spirotech has long recognised the negative impact of air within both domestic and commercial heating systems. The SpiroVent RV2 is designed to combat the issue by systematically removing air, in the form of microbubbles, from system fluid. At the heart of the unit is the Spirotube, a cluster of spirals that temporarily decrease water velocity in order to allow microbubbles to rise and exit the system via an automatic venting valve.

The SpiroCross also uses this technology, alongside dirt separation and hydraulic balancing, making it ideal for new build or refurbished systems, whether servicing a single boiler or a cascade system design.

Until the end of March 2018, Spirotech is offering a minimum of £70 cashback offer for those who purchase a SpiroCross unit. To claim on the offer, engineers and contractors simply have to email their purchase invoice or VAT receipt to office_uk@spirotech.com.

Also on stand will be the SpiroTrap family, including the trusted MB3 dirt separator and its smaller counterpart, the MBC1. This latest addition to the SpiroTrap range comes in at a lower price point and makes a cost effective option that is ideal for working in tandem with the SpiroVent RV2 to maintain system health.

Kevan Peaker, UK Business Director at Spirotech, said: “PHEX Chelsea is a crucial opportunity to showcase our expertise on the issue of air within a heating system. With the help of our live demonstration unit, our sales team will be on stand to educate visitors on how our SpiroVent RV2 uses specialist technology to remove air from system fluid, which in turn hugely slows down the corrosion process. Only by combating the issue of air can we truly tackle the cause of system disruption as opposed to just a symptom.

“The brilliance of the SpiroCross is that it provides a comprehensive water treatment solution from one product. Harnessing deaeration technology alongside dirt separation and hydraulic balancing makes it a convenient and high-performance option on new and refurbished systems. Better still, from now until the end of March, anyone who buys a SpiroCross can get a minimum of £70 cashback on their purchase, making it a no-brainer.”
