Elaine Lancaster of Groupe Atlantic UK Division has taken over as the new President of the Energy and Utilities Alliance (EUA).

Elaine previously served as Vice President for 12 months alongside former President Andrew Keating. Helen Bray of Scotia Gas Networks will replace her as Vice President of the association.

Mike Foster, Chief Executive of the EUA, said: “I would firstly like to thank our outgoing President, Andrew Keating, for all his hard work, dedication and commitment over the last 12 months, his enthusiasm, and extensive knowledge has been at the heart of many of our successes this past year.

“We are so pleased to have two very talented women from within the industry at the helm of EUA, marking a shift in a sector that has, traditionally, lacked diversity.

“We look forward to working with Elaine in her new role, after serving as Vice President for the past 12 months, and I am delighted to welcome Helen into the EUA team. Together, they provide a fresh perspective and valuable industry experience. The future of the energy industry will benefit greatly from their expertise and passion.”
